Membership Committee

Committee Members:
Julie Moore, Chair; Richard Beaton, Jan Caprario-as needed

Committee Purpose:
To increase membership; welcome new members; answer members' questions; keep members informed of current activities; bill for and receive annual dues payments (done in conjunction with General Membership Meeting announcements mailed by Secretary); track member renewal dates.

Fiscal Year Objectives:
  • Increase membership by 50 new members
  • Mail quarterly newsletter to all residents/property owners
  • Quarterly dues billing with meeting announcements
  • Annual January mailing to re-recruit previous members
  • Annual July mailing to all addresses re Annual Meeting
